NOFUNOVIĆ accepts Visa, Mastercard and Eftpos credit card payments. Afterpay is also accepted.

All product prices and payments made on this site are in Australian Dollar Currency ($AUD).

 
 

Shipping

NOFUNOVIĆ offers a flat rate of $10 AUD for Standard and $15 AUD for Express shipping per order for all Australian domestic orders. A flat rate of $35 AUD for all International orders.

After the successful completion of your order, you will receive confirmation via email. Please contact us at info@nofunovic.com if you do not receive confirmation within 12 hours of placing your order.

All orders are shipped by NOFUNOVIĆ and are packaged using recycled, reusable and/or compostable materials.

For International Shipping, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. NOFUNOVIĆ will not be held responsible for any additional charges incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 
 

Returns

 

NOFUNOVIĆ accepts items returned for exchange where there is a fault in the garment, or if you need a more appropriate size. We do not accept returns for change-of-mind.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact info@nofunovic.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. The item must be returned, at your own expense, to our return address within 3 business days of the exchange being authorised. Please retain proof of postage. Once we have received your item, we will then ship your nominated replacement item, or arrange a store credit if stock has become unavailable. The garment you are returning must be unwashed, unworn and unused (beyond trying on at home) with tags still attached.

Any items not shipped back to NOFUNOVIĆ within 5 days after the return’s authorisation will not be accepted.  

All communications will be via email and please contact us should you require our return address.

In all cases, the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so please take care with packaging to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event we receive an item in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange.

NOFUNOVIĆ is committed to ensuring that all your personal information is kept safe and secure. The information collected is necessary to complete your order. If you have signed up to our mailing list your information will be kept secure and not be relayed to any third party or outside organisations.

Personal information will be managed confidently and securely. Credit card information is not retained by us. When purchasing, customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address and other requested information for the purpose of shipping and billing purposes. When providing payment details upon checkout, customers must ensure that their payment details are valid and correct. 

Purchases made from NOFUNOVIĆ are solely for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit.
